UBCO rookie Anthony Brady had the best game of his young Heat career on Saturday as the Heat battled the Trinity Western Spartans.

After a slow start to the weekend against the top-ranked Vikes, the first-year guard stuffed the stats sheet in a close game against the Spartans. Brady poured in 12 points, matching his season-best while setting a new school record for most steals in a game with seven. He also added eight rebounds and four assists as he left his mark all over the court in 29 minutes of action.

Brady's seven steals are also the most in a Canada West game this season and tied for 26th most in a game in conference history.
 
This marks the first time this season, and first time in his career, that Brady has been named a UBCO Athlete of the Week.
