He also performed in the back row, registering 12 digs. In total, the 2024-25 conference first team all-star would amass 36.5 points while vaulting himself to the top of the Canada West blocks leader list at 1.53 per set.
This marks the first time this season, and fourth time in his career, that Weststrate has been named an Athlete of the Week.
