Jackie joined the Heat coaching staff once she completed her eligibility playing for the then OUC Lakers in 2004/05. In her first year as an assistant coach with the women’s volleyball program she was one of only ten women nation-wide who had qualified for the CCAA Female Mentor Coach Program.

After almost two decades with the Heat, Jackie continues to assist the women’s volleyball program by providing administrative support for their community programs, inclusive of summer camps, spring break camps, fall development camps & clinics, and Jr Heat programming.
