UBC OKANAGAN 2012-13: Brett played in 19 of 22 Canada West matches ... was 18th overall in the CIS with 58 block assists and 66 total blocks ... Finished the season with 5 service aces ... Had 22 digs ... Finished with a amazing .500 attack efficiency vs Trinity Western (Dec. 2) ... logged his season high 8 blocks vs Regina (Jan. 12) ... Named a Heat Scholar-Athlete ... was awarded the UBC Okanagan Male Student Athlete of the Year.

UBC OKANAGAN 2011-12: Played in all 20 Canada West matches ... was 6th in the CIS overall in block assists with 69 and total blocks with 81 ... tallied a season high 10 kills against the University of Winnipeg (Oct 28) and a season high 9 block assists against the University of Regina (Jan 27) ... won the Heat Sacrifice award for men's volleyball and won a Heat Scholar-Athlete award ... named CIS Academic All-Canadian.

 

UBC OKANAGAN 2010-11: Won a provincial gold medal and a national silver medal with the Heat in their final year of play in the CCAA ... won a CCAA National Scholar award for the 2009-10 season.

UBC OKANAGAN 2009-10: Earned a BCCAA Provincial Championship Bronze and a CCAA National Championship bronze ... contributed to an unprecedented 16-0 perfect regular season record (2009-10) ... won the Heat's Coaches' Choice award.

PERSONAL: Brett is currently enrolled in the engineering program ... used his first two years of eligibility with the Medicine Hat Rattlers in the ACAC, winning a bronze medal at the ACAC provincials and earning ACAC All-Conference and CCAA All-Canadian honours ... played club volleyball for two years under volleyball coaching legend Greg Ryan.
