Biography

PERSONAL: Calgary native Claire Feasby adds some strength to the Heat backcourt with her big game experience. In her last year of highschool, Claire won a provincial 4A silver medal with her high school team, Western Canada High, along with the Redhawk Invitational Championship where Feasby was named the MVP of the tournament. A consistent long range threat Feasby hit a three in 55 consecutive games for her highschool team. Feasby has some prior experience with Heat head coach Claire Meadows, as the Calgary guard played for Meadows when she was the coach of the Team Alberta U15 squad.

  • Played in 19 Canada West matches in her rookie campaign with the Heat
  • Was honoured as an Academic All-Canadian
