Biography

PERSONAL: Hailing from Port Moody, BC, Pilcher was a standout on the Coquitlam Ford-Metro Barca squad during his last few years of highschool, as well as the U18 Coquitlam Ford-Metro Sparta squad who won the U18 National Championship. A native of South Africa, Shaun and his family moved to Coquitlam in 2004, and he has become a student of the game ever since.

  • Finalist for UBC Okanagan Male Rookie of the Year
  • Started in all 12 conference games
  • Totalled three shots on target on five attempts

UBC OKANAGAN 2015-16 (2ND YEAR)

  • Started every game for the second consecutive year

UBC OKANAGAN 2016-17 (3RD YEAR)

  • Started 11 of 16 conference games

UBC OKANAGAN 2017-18 (4TH YEAR)

  • Made 14 starts in 15 games 
  • Scored his first career goal for the Heat in a 5-1 win against Saskatchewan
  • Helped lead a back-line that conceded the second fewest goals in the conference (11)

UBC OKANAGAN 2018-19 (5TH YEAR)

  • The senior captain scored in back-to-back games against MacEwan and Saskatchewan at home and started in all eight games he played
