PERSONAL: The B.C. native lived in 100 Mile House from 2001-08 prior to moving to Sherwood Park, AB he currently played for Juventus Sports Club in both EYISA T1 and EDSA Premier Division. Sears competes with a youth team as well, which he leads as captain and plays a strong leadership role. Not only talented in soccer, Sears dominates in handball, which he played on both his high school team - who placed 2nd in the 2015 ASAA High School Provincials- and for the Alberta Team Handball Federation. With the Alberta team, he represented the province in both Germany and Iceland. Sears also competes on his high school track and field team for the 3000m event-placing 10th at the 2014 ASAA High School Provincials-and the cross country team-placing 30th at the 2014 ASAA High School Provincials
