University of Lethbridge Falls To UBC Okanagan After Fifth Inning Score

University of Lethbridge lost the lead late in an 8-4 defeat to UBC Okanagan on Saturday. The game was tied at four with UBC Okanagan batting in the top of the fifth when Janessa Hanson singled on a 3-2 count, scoring one run. UBC Okanagan opened up an early lead in the second inning when Anna Rudetsky tripled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run. University of Lethbridge tallied three runs in the third inning. Selina Babin had an RBI single in the inning to lead the run scoring. UBC Okanagan scored three runs in the seventh inning. UBC Okanagan's big inning was driven by singles by Mikaela Janzen and Rudetsky and by Katelyn HarmanSheyanne Lawrence led things off on the rubber for UBC Okanagan.
