Women's volleyball's Hellen Lacava takes home Athlete of Week honours, presented by Meal Prep For You, for the week ending in November 6.

On Saturday, the outside hitter worked home 14 kills with 11 digs, chipping in with an ace and a block in her team's win over Manitoba.

This is the first time this season that Lacava has been named the Athlete of the Week, presented by Meal Prep For You.
