Fedele played a key role for the Heat during their weekend road trip to Alberta where they battle the Alberta Golden Bears and the MacEwan Griffins. With the team battling injuries and suspensions, the third-year forward stepped up to play 152 minutes, starting both contests. In Sunday’s match against the Griffins, the health and exercise sciences major scored the tying goal just before halftime with the Heat down to 10 men. He would add two shots in the contest as UBCO earned their second draw of the year.
 
This marks the first time this season, and the first time in his career, that Fedele has been named a UBCO Athlete of the Week.
