Alexander-Carew put together one of the best performances in program history at the OUAZ Invitational last week. The third-year shot seven-under par 209 over the three-round event, winning by nine shots over Emma Marshall from Embry-Riddle to claim her sixth career individual championship with the Heat. The management major opened the tournament with a blistering round of five-under par 67 in which she fired six birdies compared to just one bogey. Her next two rounds saw her shoot 72 and 70 as she posted eight more birdies and six more bogeys. Her performance helped the Heat win the team title at the event, their first team victory since March 2024.

This marks the first time this season, and seventh time in her career, that Alexander-Carew has been named an Athlete of the Week.
