Men’s Volleyball Jack Taylor takes home Athlete of the Week honours powered by Meal Prep for You, for the week ending on November 24th.

Jack Taylor had another outstanding weekend for the Heat as they moved to 6-2 on the season, their best start to a Canada West season through eight games, with a sweep of the UFV Cascades. The former member of the Canada West All-Rookie team led the Heat in kills both nights, hitting a sparkling .386 percent as he totalled 19 kills and just five errors on 38 attempts over two games. He also added 7 digs and 3 aces in six sets of action. Additionally, Taylor was tasked with shutting down the Cascades top attacker, Nimo Benne, and held him to a hitting percentage of .000 (11 kills, 11 errors on 43 attacks) while registering 6 block assists.

This is the first time this season and in his career that Taylor has been named Athlete of the Week.
