Women’s Cross Country Sophie Hamilton takes home Athlete of the Week honours powered by Meal Prep for You, for the week ending on November 10th

Hamilton competed in her first national championship for the Heat and took home U SPORTS Rookie of the Year honours after placing 44th in a time of 28:47. She earned the recognition, as well as a spot on the U SPORTS All-Rookie team, after edging out Poppy Moon from the St. FX X-Women by one second.

This is the first time this season and in her career that Hamilton has been named Athlete of the Week.
